Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free for orders over €300.
If the order value is less than €300, you will have several delivery options available to you, which will be displayed at the time of checkout in the delivery/shipping section.
Metropolitan France: your package will take 2 to 5 business days.
Europe: your package will take 3 to 6 business days.
International: your package will take 7 to 10 business days.
*During holiday periods, delivery times may be extended by a few days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in postal services.
At RAEV, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your items.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all labels and accessories included. Returns will only be accepted for items in perfect condition.
Please email us at contact@raevparis.com including your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns and exchanges are at your expense and risk via the carrier of your choice. Attach your return label to the package and take it to the nearest post office. However, return shipping is free if the delivered item does not match your order. In this case, email us directly at contact@raevparis.com to receive a prepaid return label. After receiving an email from us confirming the validation of your return, please send your package to the following address: RAEV PARIS, 40 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris, France
We do not offer bank refunds for RAEV sales, only exchanges subject to stock availability or a gift card for the purchase amount, valid on our future collections. The refund for the purchase value will be processed promptly, and no later than 14 days after receiving your returned package, via the payment method used when placing your order, provided the return has been made in accordance with the above conditions.
