Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free for orders over €300.
If the order value is less than €300, you will have several delivery options available to you, which will be displayed at the time of checkout in the delivery/shipping section.
Metropolitan France: your package will take 2 to 5 business days.
Europe: your package will take 3 to 6 business days.
International: your package will take 7 to 10 business days.
*During holiday periods, delivery times may be extended by a few days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in postal services.
At RAEV, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your items.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all labels and accessories included. Returns will only be accepted for items in perfect condition.
Please email us at contact@raevparis.com including your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns and exchanges are at your expense and risk via the carrier of your choice. Attach your return label to the package and take it to the nearest post office. However, return shipping is free if the delivered item does not match your order. In this case, email us directly at contact@raevparis.com to receive a prepaid return label. After receiving an email from us confirming the validation of your return, please send your package to the following address: RAEV PARIS, 40 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris, France
We hope you love your RAEV piece but if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.days of receiving your return. You may opt for: an exchange, subject to availability or a store credit, valid for 6 months on future collections. A refund to your original payment method is also possible, and will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Please ensure that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
