Orders can be placed online via our website. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email.
RAEV Paris reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a dispute with the customer or incorrect information.

The prices of products are listed in euros, including taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees will be added to the total order amount and are specified before final order confirmation. RAEV Paris reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice but commits to applying the prices in effect at the time of order validation.

6. Payment
Payment for products is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or any other secure payment method offered on the site. The order is validated after payment approval. If payment is refused, the order will be automatically canceled.

7. Delivery
Orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment validation. Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the destination.
RAEV Paris uses reliable delivery services, such as Colissimo, to ensure product delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and total weight of the order.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

9. Warranty and Defects
Products sold by RAEV Paris are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty for hidden defects. If a product is defective, we invite you to contact our customer service at contact@raevparis.com, providing photos of the defective product.
