    How to wash my cashmere?

    Cashmere Care Guide

    Taking care of our cashmere in 6 steps:

    1. Select a delicate wool program.
    2. Set the water temperature to cold.
    3. Use a high-quality wool or cashmere detergent, without fabric softener.
    4. Place your sweater in a laundry bag or pillowcase.
    5. Avoid using a tumble dryer. For drying, lay the garment flat on a clean cotton towel, then gently roll it to remove excess water.
    6. Lay it flat on another clean cotton towel and let it air dry, away from direct sunlight, moonlight, and humidity. Turn it inside out halfway through drying.

    Your sweater is ready for another round of seduction and self-confidence!

    P.S.: Cashmere loves water! The more you wash it, the softer and more luxurious it becomes.

    Can I modify my order?

    It is not possible to modify your order after confirmation. If, upon receiving your order, an item does not suit you, you must return it to us within 14 days.

    How to change my delivery address?

    If your order is being processed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at contact@raevparis.com to modify your delivery address.

    My product is defective, what can I do?

    We want your RAEV piece to be a perfect fit for you. If, despite all our quality checks, your product has a defect, please contact our customer service at the following address: contact@raevparis.com.

    Don't forget to include photos of the defective product in your message. This will help us provide you with the best possible solution.

    How do I use my promo code?

    To use your discount code, simply enter it in the "Do you have a discount code?" section during checkout.

    Why didn't I receive a confirmation email for my order?

    If you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

    1. Spam or Junk Folder: The email might have landed in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders in your email inbox.
    2. Incorrect Email Address: There may have been a typo in the email address you provided during checkout.

    If you’ve checked your spam folder and still haven’t received the email, please contact us at contact@raevparis.com, providing your full name and email address so we can assist you promptly.

    Pre-Loved

    What are the trade-in conditions?

    Our pre-owned partner, Paradigme, accepts items from the brands on this list. A minimum of 3 items must be sent.

    Returned items must be in perfect condition, free of stains, holes, rips, or any other signs of abnormal wear. The brand's label must be present on the garments. Altered items will not be accepted. They must be less than 5 years old.

    Items should be washed and ironed before shipping.

    This service is only available in mainland France for now.

    What condition must the returned items be in?

    The condition of the returned item will influence the value of the gift voucher offered. Here are the conditions accepted by our partner Paradigme:

    • New with tag
    • New without tag
    • Excellent condition
    • Good condition

    If, during inspection by Paradigme, the item does not match the provided description, the gift voucher may be reevaluated or cancelled.

    How to sell your pre-owned items?

    Fill in the details of the items you wish to sell (category, size, condition…) in just two minutes here.

    Immediately receive an estimate of your gift voucher on the collection site.

    If you accept the offer, simply drop off your parcel at La Poste or Mondial Relay using our prepaid return label.

    If the item matches the provided information, you’ll receive a gift voucher valid on our website raevparis.com for new items or for pre-owned items with our partner Paradigme.

    The returned item will then find a new life on Paradigme.

    What happens to the item once it’s sent?

    The item is inspected, restored, and photographed by our partner Paradigme. It is then resold on their e-shop, paradigme.fr, to give it a second life.

    How to use your gift voucher?

    Once your item is received, it is inspected by Paradigme. If it matches the details provided on the site, you will immediately receive a voucher valid for new items on our site or for pre-owned items on paradigme.fr, depending on your choice.

    This gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of validation.

    The code should be entered directly on the payment page.

    Can I return a pre-owned item purchased on Paradigme if it doesn’t suit me?

    You have a right of withdrawal with Paradigme within 14 days from the date of receipt or collection of the order.

    Upon receiving the return, Paradigme commits to inspecting the returned items promptly and confirming acceptance of the return. Acceptance of the return means agreement for a refund. You will be refunded by Paradigme, and return shipping costs (€5.90) will be directly deducted from the refund.
